Basically: Don't be a jerk. Don't break stuff.

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content:

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant The Rockin' Chair permission to display and use it within the platform
• You confirm that your content does not violate laws or third-party rights

We reserve the right to remove content that:

• Is misleading
• Is abusive or inappropriate
• Violates platform standards

All branding, logos, platform design, and original content related to The Rockin' Chair are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy
• Reproduce
• Redistribute
• Modify platform materials without permission

We may:

• Add or remove functionality
• Temporarily suspend services for maintenance or updates

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

These Venue Subscription Terms apply specifically to venue owners and organizations using paid subscription features.

By creating a venue account or subscribing through The Rockin' Chair platform, you agree to these Venue Subscription Terms.

The Rockin' Chair allows venues to publish and manage accessibility information for fans attending live events.

We provide the platform.

You provide the accuracy.

The Rockin' Chair offers the following auto-renewing subscription tiers:

Opening Act

• $9.99/month or $99/year
• Up to 1 venue

Headliner

• $39/month or $399/year
• Up to 5 venues

World Tour

• $69/month or $699/year
• Up to 10 venues

All Access

• Custom pricing starting at approximately $125+/month
• Unlimited venues

Each subscription is tied to one organization, not individual venues.

All eligible plans include a 30-day free trial.

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the billing period
• You may cancel at any time through your app store account settings
• Cancellation prevents future charges
• You will retain access until the end of your current billing period

If a payment fails, the app store provider may retry the charge.

• If payment is not successfully processed, your subscription may be canceled automatically
• Access to subscription features may be removed
• No partial refunds will be issued for unused time

All payments are processed by Apple or Google.

The Rockin' Chair does not issue refunds.

Refund requests must be submitted directly to the app store provider.

By using venue features, you agree:

• All submitted accessibility information is accurate and complete
• You will keep your information up to date
• You will not submit misleading or false details
• You have authority to submit information for the venue or organization you represent

This is your data. Own it.

The Rockin' Chair maintains a review and verification system:

• Submissions may be marked as Pending Verification
• We may approve, reject, or request changes

Listings may be removed or suspended if:

• Information is misleading
• Platform policies are violated
• Abuse or misuse is detected

We're building trust. We will protect it.

• Each venue account is owned by a single organization or account holder
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• Sharing login credentials is permitted at your own risk
• The Rockin' Chair may modify features, pricing, subscription offerings, or platform functionality over time

We do not guarantee the accuracy of venue-submitted information.
